Hi, I'm Erin

I teach people how to live with urgency, clarity, and zero regrets.

At 35, I was entering end life stage cystic fibrosis. My lungs were failing. My body was shutting down. While others were training for promotions, five-year plans, or leadership roles, I was training to die.

Then, in a last-ditch window of hope, a breakthrough medication was approved. It didn’t cure me, but it saved my life.

Suddenly, I wasn’t dying anymore.
But I also wasn’t prepared for what came next.

I had to rebuild my identity.
Reclaim my voice.
And start training to live.

I call these my bonus years, and I don’t take a single one for granted.

What I Do

Today, I speak to companies, conferences, and communities about what it really means to lead, live, and work with purpose, before a crisis forces it.

Through story rich, science backed keynotes and workshops, I help people:

  • Navigate change with courage and clarity
  • Rebuild confidence and identity during role shifts, reorgs, or personal transitions
  • Lead with urgency, and not burnout
  • Turn pain into perspective, and perspective into action

Whether I’m on stage, on screen, or in the room, I bring real tools, powerful mindset shifts, and contagious clarity to every audience I meet.

"Erin spoke at our annual fundraising event and left the entire room in awe. Her story moved people to tears and action. It was one of the most impactful events we’ve ever hosted, and the donations that came in afterward reflected just how deeply her words resonated. Erin has a rare gift for connecting with an audience in a way that’s both heartfelt and energizing. Months later, people are still talking about her. She didn’t just inspire generosity; she reminded us why our mission matters.”
