Hi, I’m Erin

I’m a keynote speaker who knows what it means to live on borrowed time—and why that’s not a reason to fear life, but a reason to live it more boldly.

Born with cystic fibrosis, I was told from the start that my time would be limited. In early 2019, I entered end-stage illness. Just as my world was narrowing, a breakthrough medication, Trikafta, was approved. It changed everything. It didn’t cure me, but it gave me a future I never thought I’d have. I call these my bonus years—and I don't take a single one for granted.

Today, I speak to audiences about resilience, mindset, and what it really means to thrive, not just survive. My keynotes combine story, science, and soul to help people shift perspective, lead with intention, and stop waiting for the "right time" to start living like it matters.

And yes, if you see a photo of me wearing a vest and doing chest physical therapy—it’s real. I still do daily treatments to keep going. It’s part of my reality, and part of the reason I show up with so much fire and focus. Because when you’ve fought this hard to breathe, you learn to never waste the breath.

Also: I once shouted “No whammies!” on national TV as a contestant on Press Your Luck. So yes, I bring that same big energy to the stage.

I live in New York with my husband Ryan. I’m always on the lookout for a really good margarita, never say no to a strong cup of coffee, and if you ever need to find me, check the ocean first—that’s my favorite place in the world.
